Are you licensed to install and finish drywall?

We are a fully licensed drywall contractor in California, bonded and insured for all drywall and paintwork.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for 37 years, providing the Central Coast with full-service drywall and customer service needs. Our residential drywall contractors bring 40+ years of experience to jobs that require repair to drywall and also to installations of drywall in new construction projects.

Do you have a dedicated crew?

We maintain a dedicated crew of trained drywall technicians and painters that are paid a competitive salary or hourly wage to ensure the quality of work is the priority.

What type of insurance do you carry?

We carry a full suite of insurance: general liability, workers comp, auto and umbrella insurance.

How will my project be supervised?

All jobs, from repair work to new construction are staffed with a supervisor or crew lead to maintain the highest standards

Do you provide a written warranty for the work performed?

All work is guaranteed against defects for a period of 6 months.

Will you provide a lien waiver if necessary?

All projects are subject to Pre Liens and execution of Liens on property if payment is not received. Conditional and unconditional lien waivers can be provided if requested.

Will subcontractors be involved during installation and/or finishing?

All projects are completed by employees of SLO Drywall, Inc. Any work performed outside of the scope of our licensing will require a general contractor hired directly by the customer.

What’s your typical payment schedule for a project?

All payments are due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon. Typically, any mailed payments will be requested within 10 days of the invoice.

Can I get references from your past clients?

I have been asking customers to leave reviews on Google. I will continue to in the future as well.
